The Diem User Group (DUG) is focused on all of our Diem Enterprise Solutions products. It aims to to share and learn from each other’s experiences. It also provides a forum and voice for the users of our products and recommends enhancements to our products. The DUG is run by our client base, not by iCognition, although we hope that we’ll be invited to help and support the DUG!

The types of events the DUG undertakes includes:

• Periodic meetings
• Case studies and lectures
• Establishing an online discussion group
• Version release demonstrations by iCognition (if requested)
• Technical support discussions / demonstrations by iCognition (if requested)
• Enhancement requests
• Social events
