Use Windows Explorer to capture and access your corporate information.

Diem Explorer is your interface to the HP TRIM corporate store using Microsoft Windows Explorer. Diem Explorer stores documents to HP TRIM and provides shortcuts to these documents in your Windows Explorer directories.

You are able to access documents seamlessly via these shortcuts in Windows Explorer, providing you with a simple way of interacting with HP TRIM in a manner that you are accustomed to. This means that you can continue to structure information in a way that makes sense to you through familiar directories and folders – without impacting on the structure imposed by the business through HP TRIM. You effectively minimise the risk of cultural change commonly associated with document and records management implementations, and maximise user take-up and adoption.

Diem Broker is a middleware solution that integrates multiple business applications with HP TRIM – regardless of the platform they reside on.

This web service enables you to simply integrate your systems to HP TRIM to search, retrieve and capture information from within your line-of-business applications. The power of Diem Broker is its ability to allow HP TRIM and your line-of-business system to be upgraded or changed without a major re-integration exercise. It uses industry standards to encourage wide adoption such as XML, SOAP and WSDL.

Diem Broker is key to Grains Research and Development Corporation’s integration with CA’s Clarity system. New Clarity projects and updates are automatically captured in HP TRIM.

Migrate documents in bulk using your own business rules.

Diem Port is a migration tool for importing your records into HP TRIM in bulk. It enables your organisation to move corporate documents and folders currently stored on the network drives to the HP TRIM corporate store.

Diem Port caters for complex migrations by being customised to meet specific business rules particular to your organisation’s migration process. This means it can be customised to do things like import the network drive structure into an appropriate HP TRIM structure, or include existing metadata or security properties of documents or folders as part of the migration process, or even create classification or thesaurus terms in HP TRIM automatically based on a folder structure or titling method.

We migrated several hundreds of thousands of files from file servers into TRIM. Users generally don’t use network drives anymore.

Point solutions to connect your applications to the HP TRIM corporate store.

	Overview: Diem Adapters are solutions that connect specific applications to HP TRIM. You can capture records from an application to HP TRIM, or capture events from HP TRIM for later use. Diem Adapters enable you to capture records from Multi-Function Peripherals, Microsoft Email, AutoCAD and HP TRIM’s Audit Events.
	eCopy ShareScan® captures scanned documents directly to HP TRIM from Multi-Function Peripherals (MFP) that use the eCopy ShareScan® software (such as Canon, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta).
	Email Capture automatically captures Microsoft emails to HP TRIM.
	Audit Capture reformats HP TRIM Audit Logs into Windows event logs, enabling administrators to report on any potential security breaches.
	AutoCAD captures and retrieves complex, linked AutoCAD documents to HP TRIM.

Create HP TRIM sub-folders automatically.

Diem Folder Creator

Diem Folder Creator enables you to automatically (automagically) create HP TRIM sub-folder hierarchies. It provides easy and consistent folder / container structures for your projects, programs and activities.

You can set it up in a number of ways to allow for ease and consistency in creating your own defined information folder/container hierarchy within HP TRIM. Diem Folder Creator provides you with the ability to create recurring meeting folders automatically. In addition, you can restrict it to particular types of activities based on dates or classifications.

We automatically create organisationally based ‘megafolders’ which have specified sub-folders.
